Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Internal Controls Manager for our Platform Security practice in the United States. The role focuses on translating business, regulatory, and technology requirements into a practical control strategy for Oracle-enabled platform transformations.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams through design and implementation while leveraging AI, analytics, automation, and standardization to strengthen the control environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and/or assessing risk and controls across business processes.
• Experience leading internal-control design and ITGC assessments in ERP transformations.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into practical controls.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify regulatory and compliance requirements for the client’s platform.
• Assess current-state controls and ITGCs in ERP environments.
• Design future-state controls and embed them in the SDLC, including testing and deployment.
• Develop control documentation, test procedures, and remediation plans.
• Lead workshops and senior-stakeholder engagements.
