Accenture is seeking an Internal Controls Manager to lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across Oracle-enabled platform transformations. You will design, test, and implement controls, while guiding cross-functional teams and advising senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing business-process risks and controls across core processes.
• Minimum of 5 years assessing current-state control environments and designing future-state controls.
• Minimum of 2 years leading a workstream or project team responsible for internal controls, risk management, security, or compliance within an ERP transformation.
• Travel will be required; amount varies 0–100%.

Responsabilités

• Strategy and Transformation Leadership: develop and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled platform transformations.
• Client and Engagement Leadership: manage engagements, build client relationships, and oversee workshops and sessions.
• Risk and Control Assessment, Design, and Testing: assess controls, design future-state controls, and define remediation plans.
• Oracle Security, GRC, and Compliance: design and evaluate Oracle access controls, roles, and security analytics.
• Practice, Business Development, and People Leadership: contribute to proposals, mentoring, and asset development.
