Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Internal Controls Manager to translate regulatory and technology requirements into practical controls for Oracle-enabled platform transformations. You will guide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives and identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to strengthen controls.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client engagements, and ensure solutions are scalable, usable, and ready for operation across transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and/or assessing controls across business cycles.
• Experience leading a workstream responsible for internal controls, risk, security, or compliance.
• Travel will be required for this role (0–100%).

Responsibilities

• Identify regulatory and compliance requirements for client platforms.
• Design future-state controls and embed them across SDLC.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and manage delivery risks.
• Mentor teams and contribute to engagement planning.
