Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Internal Controls Manager for its Platform Security practice in Hartford, CT. You will design and implement governance, risk, compliance, and security controls aligned to Oracle-enabled transformations, leading cross‑functional teams and advising senior stakeholders.

You will apply AI, analytics, and automation to strengthen controls, oversee testing and deployment, and drive sustainable, operations-ready solutions across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing business‑process risks and controls across major cycles.
• Minimum of 5 years assessing current‑state control environments and designing future‑state controls/ITGCs.
• Minimum of 2 years leading a workstream or project team in ERP transformation.
• Travel required: 0–100% depending on business need.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal‑control strategies for Oracle-enabled platform transformations.
• Translate requirements into future‑state control and governance needs.
• Identify risks and define practical mitigation approaches with AI, analytics, and standardization.
• Design, test, and deploy controls throughout the SDLC and document procedures and evidence requirements.
• Lead client engagements, workshops, and teams with effective communication of risks and decisions.
