Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Internal Controls Manager to lead risk, governance, and security programs across Oracle-enabled platform transformations in a fast-paced environment. You will design, test, and implement robust control architectures, work with senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of automated controls leveraging AI and analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing business-process risks and controls across core processes.
• Minimum 5 years assessing current-state control environments and defining future-state controls/ITGCs.
• Minimum 2 years leading a workstream or project team in ERP transformation.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled platform transformations.
• Translate requirements into future-state control and governance needs.
• Identify transformation risks and define mitigation approaches.
• Apply AI, analytics, automation to improve risk identification and control efficiency.
• Lead client engagements and workshops, manage work plans and delivery risks.
• Design, test, and deploy controls across the system development lifecycle.
• Design and evaluate Oracle access controls, roles, and security analytics.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to practice growth.
