Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Internal Controls Manager to design, test, and implement robust governance and control capabilities for Oracle-enabled platform transformations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing business-process risks and controls across cycles.
• Minimum of 5 years assessing current-state control environments and designing future-state controls.
• Minimum of 2 years leading a workstream or project team in ERP transformation.
• Travel will be required for this role (0–100%).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years total).

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled transformations.
• Translate requirements into future-state control and governance needs.
• Identify risks and define practical mitigation approaches for transformation.
• Apply AI, analytics, automation to risk identification and control design.
• Lead client engagements, workshops, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
