Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Internal Controls Manager to design and implement governance, risk, and compliance controls for Oracle-enabled platform transformations. You will translate regulatory, business, and security requirements into robust, scalable controls across the lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams and leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to strengthen the control environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and/or assessing business‑process risks and controls across cycles such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Core HR.
• Minimum of 5 years experience assessing current‑state control environments, identifying transformation‑related risks, and designing future‑state controls and ITGCs.
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading a workstream or project team responsible for internal controls, risk management, security, or compliance within an ERP transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. Travel will be required (0–100%).

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and implement internal-control strategies for Oracle-enabled platform transformations.
• Translate requirements into future-state control and governance requirements.
• Identify transformation risks and define practical mitigation approaches.
• Apply AI, analytics, automation to improve risk identification and control effectiveness.
• Lead client engagements, workshops, and workstreams with diverse stakeholders.
• Manage work planning, resources, reporting, risk, and delivery across streams.
