Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, WMS).
• Deliver demonstrations, solution presentations, and executive briefings tailored to client needs.
• Design end-to-end SCM solutions aligned with client transformation goals.
• Collaborate with CIOs, procurement heads, operations leaders to translate requirements into cloud SCM solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Work with sales, delivery, offshore teams, and Oracle consultants to develop winning strategies.
• Lead discovery workshops, roadmap discussions, and value assessments to position Oracle SCM Cloud as a transformation platform.
• Own SCM solution strategy and responses for RFPs and client proposals.
• Provide advisory oversight during early implementation phases to ensure alignment between proposed and delivered solutions.

Maini Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Pre-sales and Solutions Manager to lead Oracle SCM Cloud solutioning and presales initiatives. This client-facing leadership role requires deep SCM domain expertise, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management skills.

You will play a key role in defining, shaping, and delivering Oracle SCM Cloud solutions aligned with client supply chain transformation goals. Working closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams, you will ensure client requirements are translated into scalable, innovative, and business-driven SCM solutions. Key Responsibilities

Presales Leadership

• Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations, solution presentations, and executive briefings tailored to client business needs.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end SCM solutions using Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud aligned with client operational and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions follow industry best practices, scalability standards, and process optimization frameworks.

Client Engagement

• Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders, CIOs, Procurement heads, Operations leaders, and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
• Translate complex supply chain and operational requirements into cloud-enabled SCM solutions delivering measurable business outcomes.

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal sales, delivery, offshore teams, and Oracle solution consultants to develop winning strategies and aligned solution approaches.
• Support smooth transition from presales to implementation teams to ensure delivery continuity and customer satisfaction.

Thought Leadership

• Lead discovery workshops, roadmap discussions, and value assessment sessions to position Oracle SCM Cloud as the preferred transformation platform.
• Stay current with Oracle SCM product innovations, AI-driven automation, analytics, and supply chain optimization capabilities.

Proposal & RFP Management

• Own SCM solution strategy and responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.
• Develop differentiated solution narratives highlighting operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and business value.

Quality Assurance & Oversight

• Provide advisory oversight during early implementation phases to ensure alignment between proposed and delivered solutions.
• Support project teams and act as a trusted advisor for strategic SCM accounts.

Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solution architecture, implementation, and/or presales roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SCM transformation and presales engagements.

SCM Expertise

• Deep functional knowledge across Oracle SCM Cloud modules including:
• Procurement & Self-Service Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Supply Chain Planning
• Manufacturing
• Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Logistics & Transportation Management
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Strategic & Business Acumen

• Skilled in articulating ROI and TCO for Oracle ERP Cloud transformations.
• Ability to engage business and IT stakeholders in value-driven conversations around finance and operational transformation.

Leadership

• Experience leading cross-functional, global teams in complex sales and solutioning environments.
• Strong customer focus and executive presence.

Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Preferred

• Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Experience in multi-pillar Oracle Cloud deals (e.g., ERP + SCM or ERP + EPM).
• Familiarity with industry-specific needs (e.g., manufacturing, public sector, higher education, healthcare).
