Job summary

Maini Consulting Group is seeking an Oracle Order Management Functional Lead in the United States. The role involves leading workshops, designing and configuring Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM (OM, Pricing, Procurement), and guiding end-to-end validation, data mappings, and cutover planning.

You will own design artifacts and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, while presenting options and best practices to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM design, testing, data migration, training, and support.
Delivery experience in Oracle Fusion and EBS across modules.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement workshops; document future-state processes, gaps, and fit-to-standard decisions.
Design and configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM across OM, Pricing, and Procurement modules.
Drive end-to-end solution validation: test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, resolution coordination.
Own design artifacts (process flows, config workbooks, test scripts, training content) and transfer knowledge.
Partner with technical teams on integrations/conversions (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based interfaces); define data mappings.
Support cutover planning and go-live hyper care; manage incidents and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Act as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders; present options, trade-offs, best-practice recommendations.

Job description

The Oracle Order Management Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Order Management, Oracle Pricing and Procurement modules.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement workshops; document future-state processes, gaps, and fit-to-standard decisions.
Design and configure both Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across Oracle SCM OM, Procurement and Pricing modules.
Drive end-to-end solution validation: functional test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
Own functional design artifacts (process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training content) and support knowledge transfer.
Partner with technical teams on integrations and conversions (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based interfaces); define data mappings and reconciliation approach.
Support cutover planning and go-live hyper care; manage priority incidents and provide clear status updates to business stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders; present solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands‑on experience with Design, Testing, Data Conversion and migration, Super user training, Quarterly patch updates and Product support experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Fusion SCM (Order Management, Pricing, Procurement).
Proven delivery experience covering the above modules in Oracle Fusion and EBS.
Other Oracle modules like Service Logistics, Depot Repair, WMS, Installed Base, Maintenance are a plus.
Led 2+ full cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion from project initiation to go live.
Hands on, end to end process expertise in medical devices, life sciences and healthcare industries.
Proven ability to lead projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies and manage client relationships.
Strong functional troubleshooting skills and ability to translate issues into actionable configuration or technical fixes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications in SCM, PLM and/or Service Logistics.
