Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an ORC Project Manager to lead the Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation during a migration from Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition. You will manage cross-functional initiatives across HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure deployment success.

The role requires coordinating governance, scope, schedule, and budget, data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization, with responsibility for meeting milestones and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end HR system implementations.
• Strong track record coordinating HR, IT and vendors.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud and ORC preferred.
• Experience with Taleo migration/decommission is a plus.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule and budget and report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Coordinate among HR, IT and external vendors to meet goals on time and within scope.
• Establish governance, manage scope, schedule and budget, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Oversee data migration activities, testing, cutover planning and stabilization efforts.
• Drive accountability across multiple teams to ensure milestones are met.
