Job summary

Trinity Industries seeks a senior project manager via Insight Global to lead the Oracle Recruiting Cloud deployment, replacing Taleo Enterprise Edition and coordinating HR, IT, and vendor teams. You will own end-to-end delivery from initiation to post-go-live stabilization, with governance, risk, and budget management across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience leading enterprise HR system implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or comparable ATS.
• Experience managing ATS/HRIS/HCM implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: migration from Taleo to ORC and other ATS platforms.
• Nice-to-have: PMP or PM certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trinity Industries' Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Partner with IT Program Manager and coordinate HR, IT, and vendor teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and establish project governance.
• Coordinate data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and training.
• Plan go-live cutover and Hypercare support, ensuring smooth adoption.
