Job summary

Trinity Industries seeks a senior project manager via Insight Global to lead the Oracle Recruiting Cloud deployment, replacing Taleo Enterprise Edition and coordinating HR, IT, and vendor teams. Qualifications

• Nice-to-have: migration from Taleo to ORC and other ATS platforms.
• Nice-to-have: PMP or PM certification.

• Coordinate data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and training.
• Plan go-live cutover and Hypercare support, ensuring smooth adoption.

Job Description

• Insight Global is seeking a project manager that will lead Trinity Industries' implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) as the organization transitions from Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition. This individual will partner closely with an internal IT Program Manager and serve as the primary point of coordination between HR, IT, and the implementation vendor to ensure a successful deployment. Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through post-go-live stabilization, developing and maintaining project plans, tracking risks and dependencies, managing budgets and timelines, and providing executive-level status reporting. The Project Manager will establish project governance, facilitate change control processes, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive accountability across all workstreams. This role will oversee data migration activities, testing efforts including SIT and UAT, defect resolution, training coordination, cutover planning, and Hypercare support. The ideal candidate has successfully managed large-scale system implementations, preferably involving Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other ATS platforms, and can confidently navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders while representing Trinity Industries professionally throughout the engagement.
