- Owning a complex implementation from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
- Partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, IT, and executive leadership.

- Building the governance and structure necessary to keep a critical initiative on track.
Experience of the Right Candidate
- Demonstrated experience managing an HRIS, HCM, recruiting-platform, or enterprise ATS implementation end-to-end.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Oracle HCM Cloud is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with implementation experience across other enterprise ATS platforms may also be considered.
- Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, compliance, requisition approval, candidate, and hiring-manager workflows.
- Experience coordinating HR, HRIS, IT, technical SMEs, and third-party implementation vendors.
- Strong command of project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, decision logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Experience managing data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare activities.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to drive decisions, accountability, and progress in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full implementation lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including change control, escalation paths, decision tracking, and milestone-review cadences.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership, internal project teams, and the external implementation partner.
- Coordinate participation across design, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization.
- Lead regular project-status and steering-committee reviews with executive sponsors.
- Communicate milestone progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and budget impacts clearly and proactively.
- Manage scope changes by evaluating their impact on timing, resources, and budget and ensuring decisions are formally documented.
- Coordinate legacy-system data migration, internal validation, mock conversions, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
- Organize SIT and UAT activities, including test schedules, business resources, defect triage, retesting, and milestone approvals.
- Lead cutover planning, go-live execution, Hypercare, and the transition into ongoing operational support.
