Job summary

Apex IT is seeking an Oracle Managed Services Client Director to drive growth of the Oracle Managed Services business. This senior, sales-oriented role will build executive client relationships, shape go-to-market strategy, and expand recurring revenue across Oracle modules and related services.

The role requires 10+ years in technology consulting or managed services, with a proven track record in selling recurring professional services and managing strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, professional services, or managed services.
• Experience building or scaling a Managed Services organization.
• Proven success selling technology consulting, application management, or recurring professional services.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, HCM, ERP, SCM, CX, or related Oracle technologies preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or within the Oracle partner ecosystem preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Managed Services sales strategy and revenue growth.
• Develop pipeline of new managed services opportunities across existing and prospective Apex IT clients.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build executive client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Develop scalable service offerings and go-to-market messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery to develop solutions.
