Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Customer Success Director (Oracle Focused) to lead executive relationships with strategic clients across OTM, GTM, and RedwoodConnect. You will guide implementation journeys, adoption, renewals, and growth, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level sponsors while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-capable environment.

The role demands deep Oracle knowledge, supply chain expertise, and strong stakeholder management, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role within transportation/logistics.
• Experience with Oracle OTM/GTM is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of Oracle OTM/GTM and RedwoodConnect accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop strategic account plans and multi-year roadmaps focused on value realization and growth.
• Lead Customer Business Reviews and executive meetings centered on KPIs and ROI.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Support to ensure successful implementations and transitions to support.
• Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities while managing risk.
