Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a seasoned Oracle Managed Services Client Director to lead sales, account growth, and recurring revenue for Oracle support and managed services. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has a track record of building managed services and selling recurring professional services to enterprise Oracle Cloud clients, with strong executive networking and deal-closing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, managed services, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of selling recurring professional services.
• Experience building or scaling a Managed Services organization.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications (preferred).
• Experience with Oracle HCM, ERP, SCM, CX, EPM, or related Oracle technologies (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and revenue growth for Oracle Managed Services.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new managed services opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to transition Oracle implementations into recurring managed services.
• Build executive client relationships and expand recurring revenue.
• Lead RFPs, proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Define service portfolios, pricing models, and delivery structures for scalable offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery to drive go-to-market success.
• Mentor and develop client-facing sales resources as the organization grows.
