Job summary

New Fortress Energy is seeking an HRIS/Oracle HCM Administrator to manage day-to-day HR system operations in our New York office. You will configure Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and more, ensure data integrity, and support users across the business.

Responsibilities include system enhancements, reporting, audits, and coordinating with vendors to keep Oracle HCM running smoothly while maintaining compliance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HRIS/HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS and employee data management.
• Understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding, data maintenance).
• Experience supporting employee inquiries and day-to-day HR assistance.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee records.
• Experience with HR reporting, data entry, and basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and issue resolution.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM.
• Support and configure Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, and Absence as needed.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Manage system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, releases, and production support.
• Maintain data integrity and perform audits of employee and organizational data.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Oracle, IT, and third-party vendors.
