New Fortress Energy Inc. is seeking an HRIS specialist to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM.

You will support Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and related modules, partnering with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into robust Oracle solutions. Focus is on maintaining data integrity, conducting audits, and enabling effective reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR/HRIS or Human Resources Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS and employee data management.
• Knowledge of core HR processes including onboarding, changes, offboarding, and record maintenance.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Experience with HR reporting, data entry, and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM.
• Support modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits of employee and organizational data.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle, IT, and vendors as needed.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, workflows, and security roles.
• Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks.
