Job summary

Green Key Resources in New York is seeking an HRIS professional to own Oracle HCM support on-site. You will troubleshoot, manage employee data, and work with HR teams to implement system solutions across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and more.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HRIS/HR operations experience with hands-on Oracle HCM, data integrity, reporting, and dashboards to support HR decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM experience is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR data audits.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for day-to-day Oracle HCM support and administration.
• Manage employee data, workflows, updates, and other HRIS requests.
• Work across Oracle modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, Absence.
• Partner with HR teams to translate needs into system solutions.
• Assist with updates, testing, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Pull reports and create dashboards for HR insights.
• Troubleshoot issues with IT, Oracle, and vendors.
• Support integrations between Oracle and payroll, benefits, recruiting, and finance.
• Create/update process documentation and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to automate or simplify processes.
• Provide training to HR users and participate in HR projects.
