Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, or related field.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Oracle HCM preferred.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Automate HR processes and improve efficiencies using HRIS and AI tools.
• Maintain Oracle HCM configurations including locations, departments, job codes, and related processing.
• Audit workforce data and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Process payroll-related transactions and manual checks as needed.
• Create and maintain ad-hoc reports in partnership with People Analytics.
• Collaborate with People Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Finance and business stakeholders to support efficient workforce operations.
