Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Oracle consulting services. You will generate new business, sell direct-to-customer solutions across Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX, and AI, and maintain key client relationships.

The role requires a long track record in IT services or management consulting sales, a strong Oracle network, full sales-cycle experience, and willingness to travel across the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development/sales in IT services or management consulting.
• Strong network within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Full sales cycle experience, from lead generation to closing.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for Oracle consulting services.
• Sell direct-to-customer solutions across Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX and AI.
• Maintain exceptional account management and client service.
• Develop proposals, manage RFPs, and close large deals.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams on pricing and delivery.
