Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Manager level professional to own end-to-end Oracle SCM solution design for healthcare clients. You will lead implementation efforts across all phases, collaborating with data and integration teams, and mentoring staff. Travel up to 50% is expected as needed.

The role emphasizes strategic, technical, and leadership capabilities within a dynamic consultancy environment, aligning with client goals and driving transformational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of cloud implementation experience.
• 3+ years leading Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory Management, Costing, Product Hub and Procurement.
• Experience leading ERP implementations for Hospital/Health System clients.
• Ability to oversee all phases of ERP implementations: Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design of Oracle SCM for Healthcare clients, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Oversee and deliver hands-on execution across all phases of the Oracle SCM implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for Oracle SCM implementations.
