Deloitte GPS is seeking a Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Core HR implementations for government and public sector clients in the United States. You will orchestrate end-to-end delivery, from planning through post-go-live stabilization, across HR, security, reporting and integrations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive business transformation with Oracle HCM expertise, often supporting workforces of 10,000+ employees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 4+ years leading full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and design workshops, guiding solution design and risk management.
• Deliver high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Support change management, cutover, training, and steady-state transition.
• Guide decisions with knowledge of integrations, security, payroll, benefits and finance.
• Direct cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams to ensure timely milestones.
• Partner with public sector stakeholders to design scalable Oracle solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Core HR projects.
