Job summary

Atlas Search in New York seeks an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, bridging business requirements with scalable technical architecture.

You will drive full lifecycle deployments, define governance, oversee data migration, and build integrations using OIC, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs, delivering OTBI/BI Publisher reports for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations; including solution/technical architect roles.
• Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire lifecycle: Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting/ORC, Learning.
• Technical skills include OIC, HDL/HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL.

Responsibilities
