Lead architecture and functional design, drive end-to-end integrations with enterprise systems and vendors, and present future-state roadmaps to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing Oracle HCM across geographies.
• Strong solution design and architecture across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Absence and Payroll.
• Experience leading functional and technical design with architectural oversight.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM architecture and functional design with design oversight.
• Define integration approaches connecting Oracle HCM with enterprise apps and vendor systems.
• Present solution strategies and roadmaps to leadership.
• Research emerging technologies and assess their potential to address HR needs.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to translate initiatives into robust designs.
• Build partnerships across the enterprise to share best practices.
