J RAM IT Consulting seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Architect for onsite/hybrid Bay Area work. You will bring 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation across geographies, with strong solution design and architecture across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll.

Lead architecture and functional design, drive end-to-end integrations with enterprise systems and vendors, and present future-state roadmaps to leadership.

Location: Onsite - Bay Area, CA - Hybrid

Duration: 6-12 Months

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of functional experience implementing Oracle HCM for enterprise HR functions across multiple geographies.
• Strong solution design & architecture expertise across Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll.
• Experience leading functional design, overseeing technical design, & providing architectural guidance across multiple projects.
• Expertise in designing end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM, other enterprise systems, and external vendors.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical business SMEs and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements, including applicable industry and enterprise standards.
• An AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience enabling agents in Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Collaborate with HR product leaders & stakeholders to identify strategic HR initiatives & translate into solution designs.
• Lead Oracle HCM architecture and functional design, providing technical design oversight throughout delivery.
• Define integration approaches that connect Oracle HCM with enterprise applications and vendor systems.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to address HR business needs.
• Develop proof-of-concept capabilities and conduct feasibility assessments to inform future HR technology investments.
• Present solution strategies & future-state roadmaps to leadership, supported by industry research & feasibility findings.
• Build partnerships across the enterprise to share lessons learned and promote architectural best practices.
