Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to design and oversee integrations between Oracle HCM, legacy HR systems, SaaS apps, payroll platforms, and third parties.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in solution architecture with 8+ years in HCM, deep Oracle HCM expertise, and a track record translating architecture into practical integration patterns across HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
8+ years of HCM technology experience.
Strong experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM.
Experience integrating SaaS applications and third-party platforms.
Experience with legacy HR/HCM data migration.
Knowledge of APIs, middleware, interfaces, and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to work across both high-level architecture and detailed technical integration requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle HCM solution architecture initiatives.
Design integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise applications.
Architect multi-system communications among HR, payroll, SaaS, and third-party systems.
Support migration/integration of legacy HR/HCM data into Oracle HCM.
Define APIs, interfaces, middleware, data flows, and integration patterns.
Evaluate current integrations for modernization opportunities.
Collaborate with HR, IT, development teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Provide architectural leadership throughout design, implementation, testing, deployment.
Ensure scalable, secure, reliable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
