Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a skilled ERP/HCM specialist to drive Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and ERP customization projects in a global delivery environment.

You will collaborate with business units, design architecture, and lead technical workstreams to ensure successful deployments and compliance across HR modules and data interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience with HCM - Core HR and Self-Service.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience driving strategic discussions with business users on HCM processes.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders across business units and validate specifications to align with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules based on detailed requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews and maintain codebase for stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP performance to identify enhancements and ensure security/regulatory compliance of customizations.
• Document ERP customizations and provide user training for knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Your Contribution

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
• The ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with HCM - Core HR and Self‑Service.
• Hands‑on experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience in driving strategic discussion with business users on business process functional areas of HCM and Redwood.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Redwood architecture and Visual Builder.
• Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Management module.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM - Security module.
• End‑to‑end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
