Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with Redwood UX implementations is mandatory.
• Experience with Oracle AI capabilities in HCM Cloud is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, solution design and end-to-end functional delivery across HCM modules.
• Drive Redwood adoption and AI Agent implementation for clients.

Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Redwood UX & AI Agent)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Full-Time & Contract Employment

Experience

• 8-15+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience
