Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud specialist to drive implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM modules. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with client stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery across all project phases.

The candidate should bring strong experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll, HCM Cloud, and related tools, and be prepared for potential relocation or travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple projects implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical and integration tasks.
• Working knowledge of fast formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader and OTBI.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and manage resource allocation to complete projects on schedule.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders with regular meetings and sprints.
• Support development, integration and configuration phases of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Payroll, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management) in driving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
