Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive ERP and Oracle HCM Cloud projects in the USA. The role focuses on defining scope, coordinating multi-team sprint planning, managing client relationships, and delivering value through improved processes and tools.

The candidate will oversee budgets, resource allocation, and proposal preparation while guiding teams across mid- to senior-level stakeholders in pursuit of successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
• Experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management.
• Experience with Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce Compensation Cloud, Talent Management.
• Experience in production support, app upgrades, incidents and integrations.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Package Project Lead 2 – Area Of Responsibility

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as Functional Consultant and Project Lead.
• Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management – driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.
• Experience in working Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce Compensation Cloud and Talent Management.
• Experience Working knowledge on Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader and OTBI.
• Expertise in solution design, POC and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud and consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
• Experience in production support – App upgrades, incidents and service requests resolution along with problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience working with end users to document the business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements and provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Experience being a part of a team that offers global HR solutions, operational support and opportunity to lead change through the company.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
