Job summary

Vericence seeks a Manager, Oracle HCM Platform & Solution Architecture, to own Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration, roadmap, and platform health. You will lead an AMS partner, manage quarterly updates, and guide HR leaders on configuration trade-offs and long-term supportability.

You will shape design decisions for Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent and build an internal HCM team to ensure compliant, scalable, and secure HCM operations aligned with HR business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM (Fusion Cloud) experience and 3+ years in lead functional, solution architect, or platform owner roles.
• Deep hands-on configuration expertise in Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent modules.
• Experience leading an AMS partner or managed-service team with backlog and SLA accountability.
• Experience as change-control approver in a SOX/SOC 1 environment with evidence reviews.
• Strong business partnership and communication skills, advising HR leaders on system decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent.
• Design configuration solutions and assess downstream impacts across modules, integrations, security, and reporting.
• Lead AMS partner delivery, backlog management, and ensure adherence to change control and migration processes.
• Partner with HR and Technology leadership to drive the HCM roadmap and adoption of Oracle capabilities.
