Job summary

Terracon seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Architect to lead functional and technical architecture for our Oracle Cloud HCM environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to design, implement, and support scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM expertise across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, and integrations using OIC; you will ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience or 14+ years without degree.
Eight years of applicable business, systems development, or enterprise application experience, with significant Oracle experience.
Strong hands-on experience implementing, architecting, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across functional and technical aspects.
Deep understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes including Hire-to-Retire.
Experience across Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and related HCM capabilities.
Experience designing and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM integrations using OIC and Oracle integration technologies.
Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Experience with RICEF solutions, data conversion and migration, security, and Oracle Fusion HCM architecture.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architecture.
Experience leading full implementation lifecycles from requirements to production support.
Strong communication with business stakeholders and technical teams; ability to lead and mentor.
Experience with Visual Builder / VBCS; Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions across Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and related capabilities.
Define and support end-to-end HCM business processes from Hire-to-Retire through implementation and optimization.
Provide functional and technical architecture leadership for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and ongoing support.
Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions with stakeholder collaboration.
Lead solution architecture activities including configuration, integrations, reporting, data conversion, extensions, security, and performance.
Design and oversee end-to-end integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other applications using OIC and other Oracle technologies.
Review specifications for RICEF solutions and guide development, integration, and implementation teams.
Provide architectural oversight for HCM data conversion and migration strategies.
Design and review Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture; ensure proper data access and security practices.
Provide expertise in HCM reporting and analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts).
Lead or support CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, production readiness, and post-production activities.
Analyze and resolve complex issues with a focus on business impact, scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, analysts, developers, integration teams, and partners to deliver enterprise HCM solutions.
