Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect in Charlotte, NC. The candidate should have over 15 years of experience, with 6 years specifically on Oracle Cloud HCM and at least 5 successful implementations. This is an onsite position with a competitive hourly rate of $65-$75, and the project duration is expected to be between 6 to 12 months.

Qualifications

Rate: $65-$75/hr C2C

Duration: 6-12 months

JD :

• 15+ Years of Experience in HCM implementations with minimum 6 years on Oracle Cloud HCM application
• Must have done minimum 5+ Oracle Cloud HCM implementations in USA and rest of the world.
• Strong experience of Oracle Cloud HCM application implementations with thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional data flows and integrations between various Oracle HCM applications such as: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation management, Benefits and Recruiting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand business HR concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts.
• Knowledge of challenges, learnings and functional workarounds done specific to customers requirements
• Good in determining the system, subsystems, and interfaces, validate technology assumptions and evaluate alternatives.
• Identifies any enabler capabilities and features and remove architectural gaps and impediments.
• Experience of Oracle Cloud HCM integration with external vendors for payroll, benefits etc.
• Strong skills and experience in requirements mapping, designing and solutioning Oracle Cloud HCM application for customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Good technical knowledge on Oracle Cloud HCM - Reports, Extracts, Integrations, extensions, and configurations
• Nice to have - Knowledge of Agile principles for implementation.
• Should have worked closely with the Client business and IT team (e.g., Business Analyst, Application Development Team, QA, etc.)
