Job summary

Penske is seeking an HRIS Analyst – Core HR to support the Oracle HCM platform and ensure data integrity within the HCM ecosystem. You will work with the HCM Workforce Administration Team to gather system requirements, configure core HR modules, and develop and execute test scripts.

This role interfaces with HR and IT, conducts audits and reports, provides end-user training and second-level support, and supports HR projects. Onsite four days a week at Reading, PA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Core HR configuration and data integrity.
• Ability to gather requirements and write user stories.
• Experience creating audits and reports for HR data.
• Provide second-level end-user support and training.
• Support HR projects and document current state.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and user stories.
• Configure Core HR modules in Oracle HCM with focus on data integrity.
• Create, review, and execute test scripts after upgrades or fixes.
• Create audits and reports.
• Provide second-level customer support and end-user training.
• Manage service requests and system incidents.
• Identify and correct errors promptly.
• Provide HR project support.
• Document current state and identify improvements.
• Other projects as assigned by the Manager.
