Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. seeks an HRIS Analyst Core HR to support the stability and continuous improvement of its Oracle HCM platform. You will gather requirements, configure Core HR, and develop/test scripts while ensuring data integrity and strong end-user support.

The role involves auditing HR data, generating reports, and collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders. Onsite four days a week at the Reading, PA headquarters with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• 2+ years in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform setup and configuration of Core HR modules in Oracle HCM with emphasis on data integrity and customer support.
• Create, review, and execute test scripts after upgrades, patches, and bug fixes; analyze results.
