Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Reading, PA, seeks a Manager of HCM Experience to own the Oracle HCM platform strategy and future roadmap. You will drive enterprise HR technology projects, lead the Oracle HCM Help Desk module, and champion AI-enabled improvements across the HCM ecosystem.

The role requires 5+ years in project/product management within HR tech, with strong cross-functional leadership and Oracle HCM expertise.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or product management within an HCM or enterprise technology environment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM or a comparable enterprise HCM or ticketing support platform, including system configuration, business analysis, reporting, issue resolution, and process design.
Experience leading HCM system or module implementations.
Experience with Oracle HCM Help Desk module and Tier 0 / self-service support strategies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to build the technology roadmap for Oracle HCM and align with enterprise HR priorities.
Lead efforts to deliver Oracle HCM Help Desk Module, improving Tier 0 self-service capabilities.
Champion future agentic AI initiatives within the Oracle HCM ecosystem and identify opportunities for using AI capabilities.
Present new Oracle HCM features and enhancements to stakeholders, aligning with business needs and long-term strategy.
Gather and prioritize cross-functional requirements using persona-based thinking and HRIS principles.
Manage the product backlog and oversee configuration and development to production.
Facilitate workouts and large-scale meetings and coordinate user acceptance testing for signoff.
Guide stakeholders through technical options and promote best practices and Penske standards.
Represent Penske in Oracle HCM user communities about gaps, direction, and capabilities.
Develop Statements of Work and manage vendor-delivered solutions within budgets and timelines.
Lead and develop a team of HRIS Analysts and set performance expectations.
