Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions, based in Reading, PA, is seeking an HR Systems & Integrations Lead to drive end-to-end HR system integrations, gather requirements, and author functional/technical documentation. The role partners with HR, IT, vendors, and consultants to ensure data quality and governance across the HR technology landscape.

The ideal candidate has strong technical writing, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems, or Software/Computer Engineering or Similar — Required
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Organizational or HR Development or Similar — Preferred
• Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with HR functional owners, IT, and vendor representatives
• Define data flows, interface specifications, and integration touchpoints
• Lead cutover planning with internal and external developers and HRIT
• Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions) and provide executive summaries
• Drive data clarity, consistency, and alignment across HRIS, IT, and integrated solutions
