Job summary

Penske is seeking an HR Systems & Integrations Lead to drive integration projects across Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR technology. You will gather requirements, write functional/technical docs, and coordinate stakeholders across HR Operations, IT, and vendors.

The role emphasizes data governance, documentation quality, and timely project delivery within the WFSA department. A strong background in HR tech and enterprise integrations is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology deployments (HR systems preferred) and integration/project management consulting.
• 3+ years of proven Technical Project Management experience involving integration, application development, infrastructure implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficient technical writer with ability to produce clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating and documenting integration architecture and data flows; familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and cross-functional reviews with HR functional owners, IT, and vendors.
• Manage competing perspectives and drive consensus on requirements and solution direction.
• Identify cross-functional impacts of design decisions and provide feedback on Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships across HR Operations, Talent, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Shared Services, Learning, etc.
• Lead scoping and integration requirement sessions; define data flows and interface specs.
• Lead cutover planning with developers and HRIT; maintain RAID log and deliver project summaries.
