Digital and Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Architect to lead architecture, configuration, integration, and optimization across Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning.

You will drive a learning transformation, migrating Taleo Learning to Oracle Learning Cloud, ensuring continuity of mandatory training and compliance. Strong governance and scalable solutions are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in enterprise application development and solution architecture.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP, FBDI, VBCS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL/PL/SQL, and HCM data models.
• Familiarity with healthcare and regulated environments preferred.

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, configuration, integration, and optimization across Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning.
• Manage enterprise learning transformation including migration from Taleo Learning to Oracle Learning Cloud, ensuring continuity of mandatory training and compliance learning.
• Design technical standards, governance practices, and scalable architectural solutions while supporting release and change management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 12 years of related experience with 8+ years in enterprise application development and solution architecture, including 5+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP, FBDI, VBCS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL/PL/SQL, and HCM data models; familiarity with healthcare and regulated environments preferred.
