Job summary

KAPITAL is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll specialist in the United States to lead functional activities spanning requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. You will configure and support Payroll Elements, Entries, Definitions, Relationships, Balances, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Processing, while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

8+ years of Oracle HCM/Payroll experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
Experience with integration to Core HR, Benefits, Absence, or Time & Labor.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations preferred.
Experience in payroll testing and production support.

Responsibilities

Lead functional activities for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll including requirements gathering and design.
Configure Payroll Elements, Entries, Definitions, Relationships, Balances and Formulas.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes from calculation to close.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas and conduct testing.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT for integrations.
Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.
