Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice seeks a seasoned professional to design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll for clients in the United States. You will gather requirements, configure Oracle Payroll, and lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end payroll implementations.

The role requires 7+ years of Oracle Payroll Cloud experience, strong analytical skills, and experience across full lifecycle projects. This on-site position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities to work on

Qualifications

Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module.
Minimum of 7 years’ of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM.
Provide guidance and translate requirements into Oracle HCM configurations.
Create functional and technical design documents.
Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with stakeholders.
Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress.
