Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Oracle Payroll Cloud professional to help clients transform payroll within Oracle HCM Cloud. You’ll lead design, configuration, and delivery across cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of Oracle Payroll Cloud experience, HCM Cloud certifications, and strong collaboration skills to drive multi-team projects to go-live.

Qualifications

• Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module.
• Minimum of 7 years’ of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
• Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
• Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes in Oracle HCM.
• Create functional and technical design documents for payroll solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops and support go-live cutover activities.
• Plan tasks and report progress on project deliverables.
