Job summary

KPMG in the United States is seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM for our Consulting practice. Lead technical work for Cloud HCM implementations including data conversions, integrations, extensions and fast formulas; collaborate with functional consultants and offshore teams.

You will deliver SDLC artifacts, manage project plans, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and play a key role in data mapping workshops and design sessions. Travel as necessary; U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience with Oracle HCM cloud technology, including at least two end-to-end implementations leading data conversions and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university.
• Extensive experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLookup, VBA).
• Ability to lead and collaborate with offshore teams; strong written and oral business analysis skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work for Cloud HCM implementation projects including data conversions, integrations, extensions and fast formulas.
• Formulate data conversion and integration strategy tailored to client needs.
• Prepare high-level and detailed technical project plans and schedules for construct phase, including data mapping sessions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and offshore teams to understand impact of configurations on data conversion or integrations.
• Deliver project technical work within budget, scope and timeline; provide status updates to Project Manager.
• Manage SDLC activities with stakeholders; guide client technical lead and remediate issues.
