Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and drive end-to-end implementation across enterprise systems in the United States. You will define integration strategy and coordinate data mapping, validation, and cutover readiness, while partnering with HR, security, and technology teams to ensure compliance and success.

You will manage data conversion, mitigate risks, and support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems
• Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation
• Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements
• Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
• Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes
