Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Manager for the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream in the United States. You will lead strategy through deployment, align with business and security requirements, and serve as a senior advisor to clients across federal, state, and public sector engagements.

You will direct inbound/outbound integrations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure quality from design to go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 3+ years leading integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy through deployment, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitate design discussions, resolve integration challenges, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, data mapping, and security considerations.
• Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams, coordinate delivery across locations, ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Establish integration quality and testing approaches, oversee testing and go-live support.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies while driving escalation and resolution across teams.
