Job summary

KPMG in Denver seeks a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead cloud HCM implementation projects, including data conversions, integrations, and design sessions. You will collaborate with functional teams and offshore resources to deliver technical work on schedule and within budget.

Requires at least five years with Oracle HCM Cloud, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Oracle Integrations Cloud; travel may be required; U.S. work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technology and at least two end-to-end implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field
• Expertise with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Strong ability to lead offshore teams and collaborate with functional consultants
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work for Cloud HCM implementations including data conversions, integrations, extensions and fast formulas
• Formulate data conversion and integration strategy for HCM Cloud tailored to client needs
• Prepare project plans and schedules for the construct phase with data mapping and integration design sessions
• Collaborate with functional consultants and offshore teams to ensure configurations support data conversion and integrations
• Deliver project work within budget, scope and timeline and report status to the Project Manager
• Manage SDLC activities and coordinate with client technical lead to remediate issues
