Job summary

Deloitte's GPS practice in the United States is seeking an Analyst to design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, coordinate data mapping, middleware coordination, and end-to-end validation across HR systems.

You will collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams, maintain project documentation, support deployment and post-go-live stabilization, and travel up to 50% as needed while pursuing Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
• Assist with inbound/outbound interface development, data mapping, and documentation.
• Participate in integration testing, issue tracking, and end-to-end validation.
• Support data conversion activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and cutover prep.
• Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams on dependencies and requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, actions, and technical deliverables.
• Support deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization per Deloitte methods.
