Job summary

Deloitte's GPS practice in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant to design, coordinate, and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations across enterprise systems. You will drive data conversion activities, validation, and end-to-end solution readiness for government clients.

The successful candidate will lead multi-stakeholder collaboration with HR, security and technology teams, manage risk, and ensure compliance while delivering on-time, high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years leading integrations for a full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• Define integration strategy and manage interfaces, middleware, data mapping.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Oversee data conversion planning including extraction, cleansing, transformation and load.
• Manage risks, defects, and issues across integrations and conversions.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
