Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on work and clients served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy through deployment.
• Serving as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions, resolving integration challenges, and communicating delivery status.
• Directing the design and implementation of inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Managing cross-functional technical teams, coordinating delivery across locations, and maintaining accountability for quality outcomes.
• Establishing integration quality and testing approaches, overseeing system testing and go-live support.
• Proactively managing risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues across client and Deloitte teams.
